Our claim

Before a customer invests in a machine, PBT offers to manufacture customised tools and bend their profiles in-house. This serves to check technical feasibility, define the optimal machine configuration and ensure that the required radii and tolerances can be achieved with the highest quality.

Yes. To fully exploit the potential of the machines and control systems, PBT offers intensive training sessions. These take place either directly during commissioning at the customer's site or at PBT's training center. The goal is to turn operators into experts in using the software and bending technology.

PBT service includes regular maintenance to ensure longevity, fast assistance via remote support for software queries, and a quick supply of spare parts. Additionally, PBT offers retrofit solutions to bring older machines back up to the latest technological standards.

Yes, the design of special tools is one of PBT's core competencies. Individual tool sets, gliders, inserts and/or mandrels are developed to match the geometry and material of the customer's profile, guaranteeing perfect ironing results even with the most difficult cross-sections.
