The PBT35 Servo Wide® has the same tool mounting (105mm) as the PBT25® and was developed to bend profiles where a higher application of force is required.

In the same way as all PBT machines, the PBT35 Servo Wide® is controlled by highly advanced control systems and can be extended by innovative components. In this way an optimum need-based operation and maximum productivity is ensured.

The PBT35 Servo Wide® is a high-performance profile bending machine developed by PBT AG for demanding industrial applications involving heavy-duty profiles. It features servo-electric drives on all three rollers, ensuring precise, repeatable bending with reduced energy consumption and minimal maintenance. The machine can be configured with the PC400 control system, enabling digital programming and XML data import – making it ideal for both prototyping and high-volume production.

The maximum roller spacing on the PBT35 Servo Wide® is 1,400 mm, adjustable down to 360 mm. This wide adjustment range allows the machine to accommodate a broad spectrum of profile sizes – from tight-radius bending to large, gentle curves on heavy profiles. Precise control of the roller spacing is particularly important when working with sensitive materials or metal profiles with variable wall thicknesses, as it minimizes deformation and enables optimal force distribution during the bending process.

Compared to models such as the PBT25®, it offers a significantly higher bending force of up to 35 tons. Despite having the same shaft diameter, the PBT35® provides more space for larger-sized tooling. These characteristics make it particularly suitable for the processing of large and heavy profiles.

In addition, the innovative servo drives increase energy efficiency, reduce oil consumption, and ensure precise motion control as well as maximum torque available independently of speed.

Yes, PBT AG provides comprehensive training programs for operators as part of the commissioning process. Our services cover the mechanical operation, use of control systems, safety instructions, and maintenance routines.
