The HELIX Servo® is designed for bending large metal profiles, in particular structural steel, aluminium and steel, such as load-bearing beams and structural components.

The control system allows a positioning accuracy of up to 1/100 mm on the X-axis, ensuring high repeatability and dimensional accuracy.

As standard, the HELIX Servo® is equipped with the PC 400 CNC control system, which enables intuitive operation and precise programming.

Thanks to the modern CNC control with touch interface, operation is intuitive. PBT also offers free training sessions and machine instruction.
